This guided tapas tour is the perfect mix to discover the history and the gastronomy of Malaga from its rooftop terraces. What to expect from this tour?

While you enjoy the beautiful panoramic view featured by the rooftops, delicious typical tapas are served. Of course the cocktails, made by the best bartenders, should not be missed. During the tour there will be a guide present to explain more about the city of Malaga itself and its monuments.

FIRST STOP

The first stop will be held on a rooftop with a unique view of the most visited historical monument of the city. The Alcazaba is a fortress palace built between 1057 and 1063 by the Muslims and at the orders of the Berber Taifa King of Granada. The Alcazaba is strategically located at the base of Mount Gibralfaro and consist a construction of elements of a Roman theatre.

Listening to more facts about the past beyond the fort, while relaxing on one of the cozy lounges with a cocktail in your hand, it’s all part of the experience!

SECOND STOP

The next stop will be held on highest rooftop of Malaga. It is a pleasure to climb to the top floor and to observe the magnificent views of the port of Malaga and the city center. On the other side you have a lovely view of the cathedral. Have a drink or a nice coffee while watching  the beauty of the city.

LAST STOP

Last but not least, we visit a rooftop where you have a view of 5 different churches. On the left side shines the remarkable bell tower of San Juan which was built in 1487. Besides the visits of many Catholics, the church is also known for the artistic sculptures, the work of art and various architectural styles. But it owes most of its fame to the baptism of the famous Antonio Banderas that took place here. Curious about which other monuments you can see? No problem, the guide is on hand with all the answers.
